• This position will report directly to the Sales Manager

Essential Duties:

• Use Sales skills on qualified appointments
• Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes
• Determine their design needs
• Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution
• Close sales

• Use Project and Design skills on qualified appointments
• Conduct job site measuring
• Photograph spaces appropriately
• Create designs with customers
• Select appropriate products
• Correctly calculate costs of projects
• Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus
• Home improvement related sales experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• Responsible and reliable
• Coachable mindset
• Competitive by nature
• Clean driving record and background check
• Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
• Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs
• Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus
• Associates degree or 5 years of sales experience required
