We’re looking for a people-oriented, hard worker to represent the Re-Bath brand in a positive way! The Brand Ambassador will actively build relationships with national retail accounts at the regional and store level and at local events, including trade shows and home events, educating others about our services and acquiring qualified leads. Travel is part of the job, as the ambassador rotates through 2-3 nearby Lowe’s locations. Responsibilities include positively representing the brand and properly entering all leads into the CRM on an iPad. Are you a self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative person? • This position will report directly to the Owner.

• Positively representing the brand through actions, demeanor, and communication.
• Creating and sharing engaging Social Media content, interacting with followers, and managing online presence.
• Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic, persuasive Influencer that stimulates action.
• Event management by attending and promoting events, interacting with customers, and building relationships.
• Providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and relationships.
• Schedule includes working 3 hours on Tuesday, 3 hours on Friday, and 6 hours on Saturday with a paid 30-minute lunch and travel time.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Available to work daytime hours and Saturdays.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to communicate and understand the Re-Bath trade language.
• Ready to learn and implement the Re-Bath sales scripts, tools, products, and CRM.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and works well under pressure.
• Warm, outgoing and enthusiastic.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and 50-state background check.

Pay Information:

• Hourly, part time paid every 2 weeks.
• Bonus opportunity per sales lead turned into an appointment.
• Monthly gas stipend.
