Position: General Manager (GM)Studio Type: Mat Pilates + Yoga + Contrast Therapy (Sauna + Cold Plunge)
Overview:The General Manager is the operational and cultural leader of the studio. This role oversees daily operations, sales, client experience, staff management, marketing execution, and member retention. The GM serves as the face of the studio and plays a critical role in pre-sale momentum, community engagement, and delivering a premium, high-touch member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-sale campaign, including daily lead follow-up, consultations, converting VIP leads into founding members.
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, payroll coordination, and customer service.
- Oversee and support instructors, front desk staff, and guides.
- Ensure studio spaces remain clean, warm, and aligned with brand standards.
- Execute the studio’s community events, partnerships, pop-ups and local marketing.
- Monitor KPIs including weekly revenue, intro conversions, retention, class attendance, and membership growth.• Oversee CRM task flow, lead pipelines, and ensure members receive timely communication.
- Manage social media creation coordination (not content creation unless desired).
- Deliver a “white glove” member experience grounded in hospitality, attention to detail, and personalization.
- Maintain studio safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environments.
- Strong sales background; comfortable with phone, text, and in-person consults.
- Highly organized with strong emotional intelligence and leadership abilities.
- Comfortable managing small teams and coaching instructors/front desk employees.
- Passion for Pilates, yoga, wellness, sauna and cold therapy is preferred.Schedule:Full-time with weekend flexibility and ability to support early morning or evening shifts.
