Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients for examination or treatment

• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints

• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments

• Perform basic lab tests, draw blood, collect specimens, and administer injections

• Conduct EKGs, COVID/flu/strep testing, and other point-of-care diagnostics

• Manage patient flow and maintain clinical areas in a clean, organized state

• Support patient education and ensure smooth, efficient clinic operations

Qualifications:

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or similar clinical setting

• Current BLS certification required

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
