Statement of Purpose

Manage data requirements and operational analysis within Channel Management; ensuring excellent service to channel partners and NPAs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university or college. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be acceptable.

 

Training and Specialized Knowledge

Strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, pay attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training in and/or knowledge of the AbilityOne program is recommended but not required.

Experience

6 + years of operational support experience, as well as resolution of operational issues; working knowledge of related industry and business practices; MS Office. Three (3) plus years of Business Intelligence (BI) experience.

 

Travel

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the administrative and operational tasks as it relates to product data to include the following duties:

  • Develop, design, and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization
  • Responsible for executing operational BI queries and generating reports and dashboard analysis
  • Working alongside team to collect data and execute processes to align with the mission
  • Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential trends for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations
  • Help identify distributor and federal product requirements to assist in improving NIB’s business intelligence solutions
  • Ability to develop executive summaries to leadership
  • Responsible for ensuring that product information is accurately stored and incorporated into applicable business intelligence tools
  • Monitor channel partners product requirements and communicate potential implications to NPAs regarding non-compliance
  • Continually monitor data collection and communicate finding to leadership
  • Participate in NAEPB office and Jan/San product subcommittee groups meetings to improve NPA support of data files and education on requirements
  • Support Channel Operations Team on ad-hoc projects
