Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a business-related area.  A master’s degree with a specialization in business or management is desirable. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be acceptable.

  • Experience/training in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
  • Strong business development, marketing techniques, customer relations, and business operations.

  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with superior diplomatic style to influence NIB agencies and partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to align and influence internal and external stakeholders.
